I had a great experience at Andi Hotel in Istanbul. The location was convenient, close to the shopping area and park in Nisantase, and within walking distance to Taksim. The room I stayed in was small, but it was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff, especially the day shift receptionist, tried their best to assist me, even though there was a language barrier. They helped me with my luggage and arranged airport transfers for me. Plus, having Netflix available was a nice bonus. I would recommend this hotel for a budget-friendly stay in Istanbul.
